In this dynamic and highly visible role, you'll support sales operations, customer engagement, and cross-functional initiatives that help drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and manage customer and prospect information within CRM platforms.
- Create and track sales opportunities while ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate monthly and ad-hoc sales activity and customer spending reports.
- Identify customer spending trends and provide meaningful insights.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and email communications.
- Partner with multiple departments to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Assist with sales proposals, competitive bids, and vendor registrations.
- Monitor project timelines and internal processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Help facilitate and track sales opportunities from initiation through completion.
- Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as needed.
- Provide backup support for reception and shipping functions when required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to organize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience utilizing and maintaining CRM platforms and databases.
- Experience supporting sales operations or client-focused business functions.
- 40 hours per week
- In-person position based in our Lakewood, NJ office
