Role SummaryAs Minze Health continues its rapid expansion across the United States, we are seeking a high-performing East Regional Managerto drive commercial growth and adoption of the Minze Homeflow platform throughout the western U.S. This person will build a territory from an early commercial foundation, developing physician champions and strategic partnerships that drive clinical adoption and market development across the region.
Preferred locations:Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, or other major eastern markets.
Territory Development Physician Relations Market Access & Reimbursement Cross-Functional Collaboration Key responsibilities- Build and expand a high-performing territory from an early commercial foundation
- Develop strong physician champions and strategic customer partnerships
- Drive clinical adoption and market development initiatives
- Partner closely with customers to optimize patient outcomes and practice success
- Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate growth and customer satisfaction
Required:
- 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience
- Proven success launching and commercializing innovative medical technologies
- Demonstrated ability to build physician champions and influence adoption
- Experience navigating complex health systems and reimbursement environments
- Strong business acumen with the ability to execute independently
- Consistent history of exceeding sales objectives
- Urology sales experience (BPH, LUTS, OAB)
- Deep understanding of urology practice workflows and patient pathways
- Experience in start-up or high-growth commercial organizations
- Thrives in entrepreneurial environments and operates with an ownership mindset
- Skilled at introducing disruptive technologies and establishing clinical credibility
- Able to convert early adopters into long-term advocates
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and passionate about transforming patient care through innovation
