Compensation:
This position offers the opportunity to earn between $55,000 and $60,000 annually.

At Romeo Subaru, the Love Encore Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience. This position serves as the bridge between the sales process and long-term customer satisfaction, ensuring every customer leaves confident in their new Subaru and the technology that comes with it.

The Love Encore Specialist provides personalized vehicle deliveries, technology demonstrations, follow-up appointments, and ongoing support to help customers get the most from their ownership experience. This individual serves as a friendly, knowledgeable resource and ambassador for the Romeo Subaru brand.

• Conduct personalized vehicle deliveries and feature demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Subaru technology, safety features, and connectivity tools.
• Schedule and complete Love Encore follow-up appointments.
• Answer customer questions and provide ongoing ownership support.
• Partner with Sales and Service teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on Subaru technology updates.
• Support customer events and owner education initiatives as needed.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
