Role: Custom Design & Sales Consultant (Austin Metroplex)

Pay: $35,000 - $100,000+ (100% Commission. If you want a ceiling, look elsewhere.)

You look at a messy, chaotic room and your brain immediately starts solving the problem. You get uncomfortable when your income isn't directly tied to your output. You confidently take charge of a conversation, and you treat a client’s objection not as a rejection, but as the actual start of the sale.

You think a  guaranteed base salary  sounds like a trap for average performers. You are assertive (but not aggressive), you keep score to win, and you appreciate constructive feedback.

If a 100% commission role where you have to confidently guide homeowners, pitch solutions, and ask for the sale sounds exhausting to you, we are not your people. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

The Mission: At Closet Factory, we don't just sell wood and hardware. We sell organization. We walk into a client's chaotic home, design a custom solution on the spot, and close the sale. We feed you pre-qualified appointments, but what you do with them, including eventually generating your own leads,is entirely on your shoulders.

• You are passive. If you are afraid to confidently ask for the business or you wait around for leads to close themselves, you will starve here. We need assertiveness, not order-takers.

• You want a predictable 9-to-5. We offer a flexible schedule, which means you manage your own time like an owner. If you need hand-holding or someone to build your daily schedule, you will fail here.

• You hate being on the move. You will be actively commuting throughout the Austin Metroplex and Central Texasto meet clients where they are.

• You are disorganized. You can't sell organization to a client if your own schedule, trunk, and follow-up skills are a mess.

• You take  no  personally. We expect you to be fiercely trainable, coachable, and resilient. Ego and fear of rejection are the enemies of a closed deal.

• Take Control: You are the CEO of your own pipeline. To start, wegive you the leads; you proactively manage the relationships, follow-ups, and negotiations to get the ink on the paper.

• Design & Solve: You will assess clients' organizational, aesthetic, and budgetary needs and deliver custom designs they can't say no to.

• Educate & Close: Leverage your 3+ years of sales (or teaching) experience to assertively guide clients from chaos to a signed contract.

The Upside: Top earners pull in over $100,000+ a year, but there is no cap. We provide paid training to make you a product expert, favorable commission and bonus structures, pre-qualified leads, insurance reimbursement, and employee discounts. We hand you the tools and the runway, you just have to execute.
