We are seeking a motivated and professional Entry-Level Account Manager to join our growing team in Garden City, NY. As an Entry-Level Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and help support the growth of our client accounts. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product and service information, recommend solutions, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and client accounts
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Learn customer needs and recommend personalized product or service solutions
- Present product and service information clearly and confidently
- Answer questions and provide additional customer education when needed
- Complete sales by collecting accurate customer information and entering orders
- Work with the team to meet individual, client, and company goals
- Develop skills in account management, customer service, sales, leadership, and business operations
