Morning Star Senior Living is seeking a Sales/Marketing Director ~ Senior Living Community to lead the community relations team, drive occupancy, and uphold our core values of honesty, respect, kindness, and love. This active selling director role reports to the Executive Director and requires a proven track record in direct sales.
You will manage day-to-day sales activities, develop short- and long-range marketing plans, coordinate events, maintain CRM records, and supervise the sales team.
