• Guide telephone and walk-in customers to the right aerial, construction, or industrial equipment.
• Prepare accurate rental quotes and orders, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into rentals.
• Coordinate with outside rental sales, dispatch, and the branch team to support timely equipment delivery and pickup.
• Maintain customer records, rental contracts, and transaction activity in company systems.
• Recommend complementary equipment, attachments, and services while delivering responsive, professional support.

• 2+ years of successful inside sales, customer service, or rental-industry experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach with a strong drive to achieve rental targets.
• Comfort using CDK or similar systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and internet-based applications.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
