DFW Account Manager Job Northern Kentucky USA,Sales

Divine Foods USA, a halal meat producer and distributor based in Ferris, Texas, is seeking a full-time Account Manager to drive customer acquisition and account growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This is an on-the-ground sales role focused on expanding the company's customer base throughout the DFW region.

Divine Foods USA specializes in premium halal-certified beef, lamb, and goat products, supplied in multiple formats including packaged meats, boxed cuts, whole carcasses, and custom orders. The company serves halal markets, grocery stores, restaurants, caterers, and wholesale distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers (halal markets, grocery stores, restaurants, caterers, wholesalers)
Identify new business opportunities through in-person store visits, phone outreach, community referrals, and cold calling
Present Divine Foods USA's complete product range; answer questions about product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and custom order capabilities
Provide product samples and assist with account setup for new customers
Coordinate with the operations team to confirm order details and ensure timely, reliable order fulfillment
Maintain organized records of all leads, customer visits, calls, follow-ups, account status updates, and sales opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license (essential for territory travel)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfort visiting retail and food service locations throughout the DFW area
High level of organization and ability to follow through on commitments

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, wholesale food distribution, or account management
Knowledge of halal markets and halal products
Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and Amharic highly valued)

Compensation & Employment:

Commission-plus-base compensation structure. Full-time position.
