All Nashville Managers in Training will complete a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch and grow the Nashville market.
During training, you’ll work directly with experienced Heritage leaders while developing skills in:
- Advanced roofing sales
- Residential storm restoration
- Project management
- Recruiting and interviewing
- New-hire onboarding
- Field coaching and ride-alongs
- Performance management and accountability
- Team development
- Leadership and communication
- Building and growing a high-performing sales team
The goal is simple: prepare you to return to Nashville ready to produce, lead, coach, and help build the market.
What You’ll DoAs a Roofing Sales Manager in Training, you’ll continue selling while learning how to lead others successfully.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate residential roofing and storm restoration business
- Meet with homeowners and perform property inspections
- Guide customers through the insurance restoration process
- Manage projects from initial inspection through completion
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals
- Recruit potential sales representatives
- Help onboard and train new team members
- Conduct field coaching and ride-alongs
- Mentor newer representatives through the sales process
- Lead by example through personal production
- Help drive accountability and team performance
- Support the growth and development of the Nashville market
