Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Greet and assist customers with their furniture needs, offering personalized product recommendations
• Connect with customers to discover their preferences and provide tailored solutions
• Stay updated on product features, design trends, and store promotions across four brands
• Maintain visually appealing store displays that are organized and on-brand
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance

• No prior experience required; training program provided to maximize earning potential

• Salary range: $45,000 to $120,000 commission per year
• Top performers earn over $100,000 annually; highest earners exceed $150,000
