Director, Sales - Dyna-Flow

The Director of Sales leads revenue growth across assigned channels and territories for Sunny Sky Products' beverage portfolio. This role owns the annual sales plan, manages a team of regional sales managers and broker/distributor partners, and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver volume, margin, and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual sales plan, including volume, revenue, and trade spend budgets
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional sales managers; set performance expectations and manage to them
• Own key customer and distributor relationships, including pricing negotiations, annual agreements, and joint business planning
• Drive new business development and expand distribution within existing accounts
• Partner with Marketing on product launches, promotional programs, and category strategy
• Deliver accurate forecasts to support production planning and inventory management
• Report performance against plan to executive leadership, with clear action plans to close gaps
