Sales Associate – Wholesale & Retail

Assists wholesale and retail customers, processes sales, and coordinates order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse showroom.

The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding sales experience to both wholesale buyers/resellers and walk-in retail customers. This role combines bulk order processing and wholesale account relationships with hands-on retail engagement in the showroom, ensuring accurate transactions, strong product knowledge, and excellent service across every customer interaction. The Sales Associate also coordinates closely with warehouse teams to stage and fulfill orders of all sizes.

• Assist wholesale and retail customers by recommending products and delivering excellent customer service.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and invoice payments.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain product knowledge, support sales goals, and identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Keep customer records up to date while maintaining a professional and organized sales environment.

• Previous experience in sales, wholesale, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy; ability to manage bulk order processing and invoice accuracy.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM or POS systems is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment handling both individual and bulk transactions.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment and assisting with product staging when needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with moving large or heavy products.

Base compensation plus commission on placed volume.
