As a Sales Development Representative, you'll help develop new sales opportunities, manage incoming sales inquiries, and support our growth initiatives. As a SaaS company with a product-led motion, this role is at the heart of our growing go-to-market team. You will be focused, creative, and relentless in your pursuit of new customer opportunities for Dragonfly. You will be one of the first Sales Development Representative hires on the team and will have the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role.
YouWill
- Proactively engage with product leads in order to assist and qualify them.
- Qualify inbound demo and free trial requests.
- Identify and qualify large sales opportunities and work to engage with other stakeholders within the organization to book meetings.
- Create new sales pipelines to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives, driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term success.
- Close deals with small and medium-sized opportunities.
- 2+ years of proven experience in a SaaS company in a sales role, ideally with a product-led motion and a technical product.
- Experience with Hub Spot to manage sales pipelines and related workflows.
- Ability to communicate the business value of complex cloud technologies, especially with technical customers.
- Strong communication skills. Comfortable communicating with enterprise customers over the phone, email, and Linked In.
