Sales representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by closing sales generated through our dynamic promotional campaigns. This role involves consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and providing customized solutions. • Conduct in-person sales presentations and consultations with interested consumers at event sites and retail locations.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline from initial engagement to closing the sale.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Educate potential customers on the value and benefits of the client's products or services.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to ensure a seamless transition from awareness to acquisition.
• Participate in regular sales training and professional development workshops.

• Proven track record of success in a results-driven sales environment (or a strong desire to excel in sales).
• Exceptional persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated by performance goals and commission-based opportunities.
