Leading Freight Forwarder / NVOCC/ Customs House Broker/Tank Container Operator, with locations in 24 countries and over 3000 employees strong is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to be based at our Houston Office.

What You’ll Do
- Build and develop a target customer portfolio in partnership with the Sales Leadership team.
- Generate new business opportunities through phone, email, virtual meetings, and digital channels.
- Present Leschaco's services, value propositions, and logistics solutions to prospective customers.
- Participate in sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify customer needs.
- Prepare, present, and follow up on freight quotations and pricing proposals.
- Support customer onboarding, implementations, and service trials.
- Assist with tariff and pricing updates and maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce.
- Manage customer registration and credit approval processes.
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and vendors to deliver competitive logistics solutions.
- Drive opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related sales.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of international transportation, logistics solutions, and procurement processes; experience with supplier relationships and shipping line contracts is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and follow up on open items in a fast-paced environment.
