Business Development Manager

Fynd Tech is a global software, CRM/ERP and application development company serving clients across the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, APAC and India. We build the platforms that run our clients' businesses — from custom CRM and ERP systems to full-stack web and mobile products.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition for Fynd Tech's software, CRM/ERP and app development services in the North American market.

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities across target industries
• Build relationships with prospective clients through outreach, networking and referrals
• Own the sales pipeline from first contact through proposal and close
• Work with delivery teams to scope engagements accurately
• Represent Fynd Tech at industry events and online communities

• 3+ years in B2B business development, ideally in software/IT services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable owning a quota and pipeline independently
• Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management
