• Expand merchant network, understand local merchant needs, design marketing plans, and secure partnerships
• Drive business growth by executing promotional campaigns and increasing order volume
• Analyze and report data, track operational metrics, and provide regular progress updates
• Collaborate across departments with product, operations, and customer service teams to resolve merchant issues
• Manage and mentor BD team members, overseeing performance and conducting evaluations

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in BD, sales, or business development; experience in food delivery, F&B, or retail industries is a plus
• Excellent business negotiation and communication skills
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Good team collaboration and project management abilities
• Highly self-motivated and resilient under pressure, able to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with local market and industry trends
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly as required
• Fluent in English and/or Chinese, depending on city requirements
