What we expect back is closed revenue. Commission is uncapped and accelerates once you clear the number.

• MANDATORY: one signed deal inside your first 90 days. Any size. Every seller here clears that bar, and it is how we know the hire is working.
• Seven or more years selling revenue cycle management, medical billing and coding, credentialing or healthcare SaaS into provider organizations
• A documented record of meeting and beating quota, with specifics you can walk through
• Full-cycle capability: you source, qualify, run discovery, build the business case, negotiate and close
• Consultative selling discipline, whether that is MEDDICC, Challenger or your own rigorous method, and the numbers to show it works
• Confident with provider economics: you can talk net collection rate, days in AR, denial rate and clean claim rate without a cheat sheet
• Willing to travel for conferences and onsite client meetings, roughly 25 to 35 percent
