As a leader in this space, you will manage a team of sales professionals in a culture built on ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. It is an exciting opportunity to shape the technological landscape of the DMV area while fostering long‑term relationships with key industry stakeholders.

• Drive durable revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans across a broad portfolio of Federal Civilian accounts in the Capital region.
• Orchestrate account teams and align cross‑portfolio solutions to meet complex customer needs and ensure competitive deal packaging.
• Build and sustain influential relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs and CIOs, to position Cisco as a long‑term strategic partner.
• Lead and coach a team of sales professionals through regular performance feedback and professional development to foster a high‑performing, results‑driven culture.
• Analyze sales forecasts and market trends to refine tactics and provide aggregated feedback that influences organizational sales planning.

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in technology sales and regional territory management.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth within the technology sector.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience delivering executive‑level presentations.
• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, or consultative sales techniques.
• Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a polished, professional demeanor in high‑stakes customer environments.
