Customer Relations Sales Representative

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Manage an assigned sales territory with clear sales goals that will be activelymonitoredand reviewed.
• Build strong relationships by providing top-tier customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional andtimelymanner.

• Assess customer needs and recommend the best products or services to exceed their expectations.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell services or products, maximizing the value delivered to our customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency whilemaintainingattention to detail.
• Perform essential data entry to keep customer accounts updated and organized.

• Preferred experience in sales, customer service, ora related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• A proven ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in various scenarios.
• Solid problem-solving abilities to provide creative and effective resolution to customer concerns.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
• Strongproficiencyin Excel.
