Full-Time Position Based in Harrisburg & Philadelphia, PA

Are you looking for an opportunity to launch your career in sales and building automation? As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team while gaining hands‑on experience with estimating, customer service, project coordination, and technical solutions.

This entry‑level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow into future sales and technical leadership roles within Conexus.

• Prepare Proposals: Prepare proposals for controller and sensor replacements and follow up on quotes through completion
• Support Estimating: Assist with take‑offs, specification reviews, quantity calculations, and bid preparation
• Process Orders: Process parts orders and help ensure projects move forward efficiently
• Customer Follow‑Up: Conduct customer follow‑up calls and quality assurance surveys to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain CRM: Keep CRM records accurate and up to date for tracking proposals, service work, and customer activity
• Site Exposure: Participate in site visits and gain exposure to building automation systems and customer environments

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, construction, or a technical field
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Interest in building automation systems (HVAC/controls a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally
