Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager

In this role, you will lead and drive the sales of our commercial vehicle lineup, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that increase revenue and market share while maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and mentor the commercial vehicle sales team to optimize performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support sales campaigns
• Prepare sales reports and present progress to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales or related automotive sales management
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
