Job Responsibilities
**** Contact current and prospective customers regarding vehicle purchase opportunities
* Identify customers interested in selling or trading their vehicles
* Build and maintain relationships with previous customers and new leads
* Generate appointments for vehicle appraisals and acquisitions
* Work closely with sales and management teams to meet inventory acquisition goals
* Follow up consistently through phone, text, email, and CRM systems
* Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
* Stay informed on current market conditions and vehicle values
* Assist in sourcing quality pre-owned inventory for the dealership

**** Proven experience in automotive acquisition, sales management, or dealership operations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer engagement ability
* Leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach to trade-ins and vehicle acquisition
* Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and standard office software
* Corporate requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
