Freelance Fragrance Specialist US Retail | America

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Freelance Fragrance Specialist (30-37 hours) to support across our counters across North America. Reporting to our LBTY North American Sales Manager, you will be a passionate ambassador, possessing expert fragrant knowledge and delivering the most exceptional customer service and maximising sales at every opportunity.

• Work with the assigned store as the point of contact between customer and LBTY.
• Acknowledge all customers, approaching and initiating conversation.
• Ask open-ended questions to establish customer’s needs.
• Provide service excellence to maximise sales.
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring any customer problems are resolved.

• Confidently demonstrate in-depth product knowledge.
• Overcome objections by offering relevant alternatives.
• Collaborating with store teams for events, sales & sampling.

• Clean/dust our display at the beginning of the shift.
• Check stock at the beginning of each shift to ensure you have all SKUs.
• Communicate low/out of stock concerns to our North American Sales Manager, whilst also sending a weekly recap after your last weekly shift.
• Recaps to include Sales (SKUs sold), memorable client interactions, stock concerns, events in store, as well as tested/sample inventory.

Salary expectations: : $30- $35/hour
