Meade Lexus of Southfield, part of the MAP Automotive Group, is seeking a professional, motivated Sales Consultant who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional guest experience. • Build lasting guest relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Use a consultative approach by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and recommending the right Lexus
• Learn Lexus models, features, and technology to serve as a knowledgeable product resource
• Deliver professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Maintain consistent follow-up to support guest satisfaction and move opportunities forward
• Address questions, overcome objections, and close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Partner with leadership on daily activity, goals, and ongoing development

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive not required)
• Strong communication skills and a service-focused mindset
• Professional appearance and positive, coachable attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or relationship-based sales
• Comfortable working toward goals in a structured, team-oriented environment
