Director of Marketing and Sales

Position Summary
Swiss Villageis seeking an experienced, results-driven

Director of Marketing and Sales to lead census growth in addition to managing generation and marketing outreach. This position will develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to support occupancy goals while providing prospective residents and families with a compassionate, responsive experience.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional with senior living or hospitality experience who excels at building partnerships and driving census growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Key member of the Swiss Village Leadership Team
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve census and occupancy goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Support Sales Counselor through partnering on lead generation, sales strategy and meeting census goals.
• Track sales activity, referrals, conversions, and admissions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and census opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership and staff to ensure positive admissions experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 5+ years of sales, marketing experience (senior living or hospitality industry preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, compassionate, and results-oriented.
