Meshy is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to help lead and scale our managed sales team. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone excited about building a high‑performing sales organization around a rapidly growing generative AI product and market.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of quota‑carrying sellers, driving revenue performance, and helping build a repeatable and scalable sales motion. The Sales Manager will coach the team across prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing while maintaining strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.

This is a player‑coach role that requires both strong sales leadership and the ability to engage directly with customers when needed. The Sales Manager will work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to bring customer and market insights back into the business and help shape Meshy’s go‑to‑market strategy.

The ideal candidate can credibly articulate the value of Meshy’s products to a diverse set of customers and partners, including artists, developers, technical leaders, and executives.

Travel: Approximately 15–20% for customer visits, industry events, and conferences

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota‑carrying sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Own team‑level revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasting, and overall sales performance.

• Establish clear expectations, operating rhythms, and accountability across the sales team.

• Coach sellers throughout the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, business cases, negotiation, and closing.

• Help build and refine a repeatable sales process as Meshy scales its go‑to‑market organization.

• Partner with sellers on strategic and complex opportunities and engage directly with customers when appropriate.
