What You’ll Do:
Connect with warm leads through phone, email, and text to help customers secure the right insurance coverage.
Educate clients on coverage options and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM and agency tools.
Meet sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Active Property & Casualty license in your state of residence.
3+ years of auto insurance sales experience; high-volume call center experience preferred.
Strong communication, sales, and relationship‑building skills.
Comfortable using CRM, quoting, and rating platforms.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
Experience with insurtech platforms, comparative raters, or bilingual Spanish skills is a plus
