Sales Consultant

We’re looking for 1–2 outgoing, driven people to join our Sales Team in Levelland.

If you know people in Levelland and the surrounding communities, enjoy talking to people, and want the opportunity to make a great living while building a real career, we want to meet you.

Sales experience is preferred, but not required. We can teach you the automotive business. What we can't teach is an outgoing personality, self-motivation, work ethic, and the ability to genuinely connect with people.

• A strong communicator who works well with a team
• Connected to the Levelland community—or eager to become part of it
• Positive,coachable, and willing to learn
• Reliable and willing to work retail sales hours, including Saturdays

You might come from automotive sales, retail, restaurants, customer service, insurance, real estate, or another sales environment. If you're good with people and driven to succeed, we'd like to talk to you.

• Build relationships with customers and your own network of repeat and referral business
• Help customers find the right new or used vehicle for their needs
• Learn our products, technology, and sales process
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations
• Follow up and stay connected with customers throughout the buying process and beyond
• Set goals, track your results, and work with your Sales Manager to improve
