# Publisher Development Manager## Mission Identify, acquire, onboard, and grow publisher partnerships across web, app, CTV, gaming, and video inventory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting new business, building relationships, negotiating deals, and helping publishers increase revenue.## Core Responsibilities
* Prospect publishers daily across web, app, CTV, gaming, and video
* Conduct discovery calls and platform demos
* Present Oveeo monetization solutions and negotiate commercial agreements
* Build and manage a publisher pipeline in CRM
* Attend industry events and conferences
* Identify monetization opportunities and recommend SSP and demand strategies
* Expand inventory relationships and reactivate inactive partners
* Coordinate onboarding process and work with AdOps during integration## Requirements
* 2+ years publisher development or publisher sales experience
* Solid understanding of programmatic advertising
* Proven experience selling to publishers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* CRM experience (pipeline management, follow-up discipline)
