Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating leads at events such as festivals, farmers markets, sporting events, and local retail locations like Walmart and Ace Hardware.
• Scheduling appointments to maximize earnings.
• Engaging in conversations with ease, overcoming objections, and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Traveling to various locations in the Columbia area with setup materials.
• Executing setup and breakdown of event materials.

The company is looking for:

• Dependable and reliable individuals.
• Availability on weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of transporting event materials.
• Ability to navigate simple technology such as smartphones and computers.
• Ability to maintain high energy and a positive attitude.
• No experience required, though customer service, sales, or marketing experience is a plus.
• A desire to learn, grow, and connect with people.

• $17/hour base pay plus a lucrative commission structure, with average earnings between $25-$35 per hour.
