Job Description Watersource by Don's Appliances in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a top-tier Decorative Plumbing Sr. Showroom Sales Showroom Manager to drive luxury sales and manage a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline. This elite individual contributor role combines deep technical plumbing expertise with advanced consultative sales strategies to turn complex residential and commercial design blueprints into high-value closed transactions.

Positioned in our premier showroom, you will act as a primary revenue generator,managing relationships with high-end interior designers, custom builders, contractors, and discerning homeowners to consistently close major project packages.

Core Responsibilities:

| Pipeline Management & High-Volume Closing:
Convert high-end foot traffic,trade leads, and design consultations into high-margin sales,| Consultative Blueprint Closing:
Read and interpret complex technical plansand plumbing design specifications to upsell, cross-sell, and package full-house fixture solutions that exceed customer expectations whileremaining fully compliant with industry codes.| Trade Account Business Development:
Proactively hunt, cultivate, and retain repeat business from custom builders, architects, interior designers, and general contractors to secure ongoing project pipelines.| End-to-End Account Ownership:
Execute aggressive follow-up strategies,negotiate pricing, issue accurate complex quotes, and oversee vendor coordination from initial consultation to job-site delivery.| Showroom Strategy:
Utilize superior product knowledge and merchandising strategies to highlight premium lines and position Watersource as the region'spreferred luxury fixture destination.

Qualifications:

| Proven Track Record: 10+ years of high-volume retail or trade sales experience, with demonstrated success within decorative plumbing,appliances, or luxury building products.| Closing Mastery:
Expert-level consultative selling, objection handling, anddeal-structuring skills with a strong drive to exceed sales quotas.| Technical & Brand Expertise:
Deep familiarity with technical plumbingsystems, residential/commercial codes, and leading luxury brands.| Education &

Certifications:

Associate degree or certification in plumbing technology, construction management, or related field preferred; valid Driver'sLicense required.| Software Proficiency:
Strong skill set with retail point-of-sale software,inventory systems, and design/quoting tools.
