Good vibes, great coverage. Our Lake Forest State Farm agency is looking for an outgoing, sales-savvy producer to help SoCal (and Arizona!) neighbors protect what matters most - their cars, homes, and everything in between.

The Mission:

This is a production heavy sales role. You will be expected to hunt, close, and produce results. If you are looking for a place to 'clock in and scroll', this isn't it. But if you have the grit to build a book of business, you will be compensated directly for your output. We don't just pay you for your time; we pay for your results.

Compensation: $26.00 - $37.50 per hour
