We're looking for a Customer Solution Specialist who is competitive, energetic, persistent, and loves the feeling of winning. This isn't a traditional call center position.

We're looking for hunters.

When the phone rings, your job is to turn that conversation into a booked call. You'll listen to the customer, understand what they need, build confidence in our company, overcome hesitation, and help them take the next step by getting one of our technicians to their home.

And when the phone isn't ringing?

You don't wait. You hunt.

You'll work through our customer database, identify homeowners who are due for maintenance, follow up on previous opportunities, make Happy Calls to customers we've recently served, and look for additional ways we can help them with their HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems.

• Who can I help next?
• Who haven’t we talked to yet?
• What opportunity are we missing?
• How many calls have I booked?
• What do I need to do to get to 20 - and then go beyond it?

You’ll make every inbound call count, make outbound calls during downtime, follow up relentlessly, and work our customer database instead of waiting for opportunities to come to you.

• 20 calls booked per day minimum
• Achieve 10 Memberships sold per month
• Outbound calling 100 calls per day
