• Understanding Customer Needs Conducting thorough needs assessments with prospective restaurant clients, identifying their pain points, and translating those needs into tailored solutions.
• Developing and Delivering Compelling Demos Creating and delivering customized product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value proposition of the Peblla POS system and address specific customer requirements.
• Building Strong Relationships Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Providing Product Expertise Serving as a trusted advisor to potential customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and answering technical questions.
• Contributing to Sales Success Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Travel Frequent travel is required, both locally and out of state.
• Installation and Setup Ability to install and setup of Peblla POS systems at customer locations.

• Native-level fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is required.
• A strong Latin American cultural background to effectively connect with and understand our target market.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the restaurant industry or a related field.
• Proven ability to understand and articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel frequently, both locally and out of state.
