Compensation: The base pay for a Bilingual
* Sales Consultant is $49,920
/yr +
uncapped commission +
performance-based bonuses

* Bilingual distinction requires the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English and Spanish

Shift: 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm

What You Will Do:

The Sales Consultant will be handling inbound calls and warm leads in a call center environment, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers to convert sales leads into policyholders. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, confidence, compliance minded, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish
• Hold an Active Property & Casualty license or are willing to obtain P&C license within 45 days of hire (we provide the licensing course)
• 2+ years of Direct Sales experience preferably in Insurance sales
• Proven track record of the ability to close new business sales, retain existing business, and cross-sell other lines of business
• Ability to meet or exceed performance and sales targets
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to learn new technology and systems quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and on a team
• Precise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients

Preferred Attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance sales
• Experience working in a call center environment
