As our Outbound Sales Representative, you will take inbound sales calls, call former customers to bring them back, run post-purchase welcome calls, and book appointments for our certified Wellness Coaches. This is a Full-Time Non-Exempt Individual Contributor role reporting to the Value Added Sales Team Leader.

The Value Added Sales team helps customers find the right products and programs for their health goals, brings former customers back, and builds relationships that last well beyond a single order. This role is the entry point to a defined three-tier sales career track, with published advancement criteria.

• Take inbound sales calls Monday through Friday, from 9:00am CST - 5:30pm CST and handle every order accurately
• Recognize when a customer needs a specialist and warm-transfer them
• Call former customers to re-engage them and bring them back to products they loved
• Work your segments cleanly, with full compliance clearance before any outreach

• Run 21-day post-purchase welcome calls to check in on new customers
• Qualify leads and book appointments for our Wellness Coaches, with a clean handoff

• Building out a reactivation motion that is still young, where what you learn shapes how we do it
• Growing into a quota-carrying role with published, measurable advancement criteria

• Comfortable picking up the phone. You can call someone who is not expecting you, have a real conversation, and do it again on the next call.
• Genuinely interested in people. You listen first and recommend second. Customers can tell the difference between helping and reading a script.
• Organized and reliable. Your notes are clean, your coding is accurate, and you finish what you start.
• Coachable. You take feedback and apply it. You would rather be corrected than left to guess.
• Ambitious about where this goes. You want a career track, not just a job, and you are willing to earn it.
• Who you are not: someone looking for a passive order-taking role, or someone who needs every answer handed to them before they will make the call.

• Comfortable in a CRM, order system, and phone platform, and quick to learn new tools
• Clear, warm phone presence and strong written notes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous phone sales, inside sales, or customer service experience a plus!
• Interest in health or wellness, or experience with subscription products, a plus!

$15.50 – $17.00/per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.

This is the entry point to a defined three-tier sales career track. As you build product knowledge and a book of business, you can advance to Wellness Advisor and then Wellness Coach — commissioned roles with accelerators for sustained performance.
