What you will do- Open doors at dental groups, DSOs, medspas, and medical clinics across Texas.
- Show practice owners and office managers the revenue they lose to missed calls, no-shows, and slow recall.
- Close them onto Novatar's AI front desk, recall, and patient-reactivation systems.
- Own the relationship and earn recurring commission for the life of the account.
- Deep dental or medical sales experience. You have sold into clinics, DSOs, or practices and you know the buying cycle.
- You understand how a front desk, recall, and insurance workflow actually run.
- Exceptional work ethic and a self-starting, independent mindset.
- 100% remote, based in Texas.

Average rep earns about $10,000 a month in recurring commission. 25% to 50% commission, recurring. Uncapped. You earn on every account you sign for as long as it stays active. Your income compounds as your book grows.
Eligibility- All positions are 1099 independent-contractor, contract-to-hire roles. Strong performers can convert to a permanent role.
- Remote. You must be located in the city or service area you apply for.
- Able to visit or meet clients in person when needed.
- 18 or older.
- Eligible to work in the USA, with a valid driver’s license.
- No DUIs and no criminal record.
- Open to random drug testing to stay compliant with our policies.
1099 independent contractor. Remote. You set your own hours. Only candidates who pass our screening are offered the role.
