** What You’ll Do
** As Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in building a high-performing sales team and driving the dealership’s success. You will:
* ** Lead, hire, motivate, mentor, and develop
** the New & Used Sales team
* Drive sales performance while maintaining profitability on new and pre-owned vehicles
* Build and strengthen customer relationships to maximize
** retention and repeat business

* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
