Agency Relationship Representative - MA/NHPlease note, this role requires approximately 75% travel within Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Candidates must reside in either state. A company vehicle will be provided.

The Agency Relationship Representative is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with independent insurance agencies while driving profitable growth across Personal Lines and Commercial Lines within an assigned territory. Serving as the primary field representative for the territory, this role partners with internal underwriting and claims teams as well as agency personnel to identify growth opportunities, promote company products and capabilities, and deliver an exceptional agency experience.
The Agency Relationship Representative will:
Cultivate Agency Relationships & Manage Assigned Territory- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with independent insurance agencies throughout the assigned territory. Conduct regular in-person agency visits to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for profitable growth. Schedule and maintain a structured travel calendar with meetings coordinated in advance. Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners by providing responsive service, education, and support. Represent the company professionally at agency meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of agency interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions within the company’s CRM system. Prioritize agency visits based on strategic opportunities, business objectives, and growth potential. Consistently execute territory plans that align with company sales and profitability goals.
- Promote company products, underwriting appetite, programs, and value proposition to agency partners. Analyze agency production, profitability, and growth opportunities using company reporting tools. Develop agency-specific action plans to increase quote activity, new business production, and overall engagement. Identify opportunities to appoint and develop new agency relationships within the territory.
- Partner closely with Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Underwriting teams to support agency growth and deliver exceptional service. Coordinate joint agency visits with underwriting partners when appropriate. Share agency feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends with internal leadership. Partner with Underwriting team and participate in regular Agency Reviews.
