Sales Development Representative; SDR

Net Rocket is a digital marketing agency specializing in HVAC companies in the US. We help HVAC contractors grow through SEO, Google Ads, Google Maps, LSA, websites and other digital marketing solutions.

We’re looking for an SDR who will take ownership of the top of our sales funnel and book qualified meetings for our Sales/Closer.

What you’ll doCold-call HVAC business owners and decision-makers in the USWork with our existing and old lead database

Re-activate previously contacted leads

Qualify prospects according to our ICPFind the right decision-maker and establish contact

Book qualified meetings for the Sales/Closer Follow up with interested prospects who haven’t booked yetWork with email and other outreach channels

Keep all lead information, notes and next steps updated in CRMMake sure interested leads don’t get lost

Work closely with the Sales team and provide context before meetings

What we expect

Strong English — B2+/C1+Confident spoken English Experience in SDR / BDR / Lead Generation / Appointment Setting / Outbound Sales

Experience with the US market is a big plus Comfortable with cold calls and rejection

Good understanding of B2B sales

Strong follow-up and organizational skillsCRM experience

Proactive and responsible approach to work

We need someone who can start a conversation, qualify a prospect, find the right person, follow up and actually get the meeting booked.

You’ll work closely with an experienced Sales/Closer and have the opportunity to grow within the sales team.
