Black Cloak’s mission is to protect corporate executives and high-profile individuals in their personal lives, mitigating risks to their families, companies, reputation, and finances. We defend our clients’ digital lives from hackers, privacy leaks, and identity theft. If you are passionate about helping to protect others, then keep reading - this may be your next great opportunity.
We're looking for a Major Account Representative to drive new business within our largest and most strategic prospects — enterprises where the exposure of executives, board members, and their families represents real reputational, financial, and operational risk. You'll own the full sales cycle for named major accounts, from initial engagement through close, working closely with CISOs, CSO, heads of corporate security, executive protection teams, and HR leadership to position Black Cloak as a critical, non-negotiable layer of executive risk management.
This is a quota-carrying, enterprise sales role suited to someone who is comfortable navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and selling a category that many buyers are still learning to define.
This position will primarily support the sales activities in the Eastern US.
What You Will DoYou’ll build and manage a pipeline of major accounts, prioritizing target companies where executive and board-level exposure is high, and running structured outreach and account planning to break into them. You’ll lead discovery conversations that uncover how a prospect currently handles (or fails to handle) executive personal risk, and translate that into a business case that resonates with security, legal, HR, and finance stakeholders alike.
You’ll deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations of the Black Cloak platform, working alongside sales engineering and customer success.
You’ll negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes typical of enterprise deals, and you’ll maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in the CRM. You’ll also partner with marketing and the executive team to sharpen messaging for the Digital Executive Protection category as it matures, since you’ll be among the people talking to the market most often.
What You Need to be SuccessfulYou have 5+ years of closing experience in enterprise or major account sales, ideally in cybersecurity, corporate security, risk management, or a related SaaS category, along with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota on deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and six- or seven-figure contract values.
You're skilled at selling to security and risk buyers such as CISOs, CSOs, heads of corporate or executive protection, and you're comfortable building a business case for a new or emerging product category rather than relying on established buyer awareness.
You communicate credibly with C-suite and board-adjacent stakeholders, you know how to run a structured, multi-threaded enterprise sales process, and you're comfortable with a consultative, education-led sales motion.
Experience selling into physical security, corporate investigations, or executive protection ecosystems is a plus, as is existing familiarity with data privacy, identity protection, or personal cybersecurity markets.
$150,000 - $150,000 a year
Salary range published is base salary and doesn't include additional variable commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
