Position OverviewIES may add an IME / Evaluation Coordinator as coordination needs grow. This role would support the practical work that connects clients, claimants, physicians, records, and appointment details.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate evaluation scheduling and appointment details
- Track records, referral questions, and case updates
- Communicate with clients, claimants, and physicians
- Keep case status and follow-up items organized
- Organization, patience, and dependable follow-through
- Healthcare, legal support, or scheduling experience is helpful
