* Develop rapport with clients through professional phone communication and customer service excellence.
* Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify warm calling opportunities and generate new leads.
* Maintain detailed records of call activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM software.
* Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.## Qualifications Requirements:
* Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments with a focus on B2B sales preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone.
* Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with Salesforce Cloud is a plus.
* Familiarity with sales technology adoption including sales automation tools and marketing integration platforms.
* Experience in technical or technology sales, especially within business development or consultative selling approaches.

* Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing.
