** Job Requirements for Automotive Sales Consultants:
*** Prior commission-based or sales experience preferred, but not required. We value resilience, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
* Outstanding computer/internet and phone skills.
* Self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
* Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
