Client Care Agent

We are seeking a Client Care Agent who will be responsible for reviewing client monitoring data for optimum coordination and client satisfaction. This position is vital to reviewing service history, monitoring data, and advancing clients into scheduling with Service dispatchers. The primary tools used will be the Dyna Link, Google Calendar, and monitoring software. The objective is to optimally identify Dyna Fire opportunities and improved client satisfaction of services by monitoring client service lines and potential concerns to ensure long term relationships within the new and existing Dyna Fire service customer base.

• Establish long term relationships with new and existing Dyna Fire Service Customer Base by working primary with Monitoring Operations Supervisor and Service Department Dispatchers in assuring customer satisfaction.
• Answer inbound calls in accordance to Dyna Fire philosophy and Core Values.
• Office Supply Orders
• Review current “house” or unassigned client base and “connect” with client by reviewing account, bringing client up to date with Dyna Fire services for potential increased revenue.
• Process docs as needed. Securing all Dyna Fire company material and devices.
• Continually train to develop technical and customer service skills.
• Have good follow up and time management skills.
• Visit clients offices or service sites as necessary.
• Travel Arrangements company wide.
• COI (certificate of insurance).

• Possess very strong skills in organization, and be able to prioritize tasks and choose the most important duties to complete first.
• Possess at least 1 year of Collection experience
• Possess good knowledge of office procedures and administration
• Possess proficiency in computer software related to accounts receivable
• Possess excellent attention to details and must be able to perform tasks accurately
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Possess excellent communication skills, on phone, in written and verbal forms
• Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
