You’ll hunt for new shipper partnerships across the U.S., driving revenue through nonstop prospecting, pitching, and closing — while our operations team takes care of the freight. • Prospect and develop new shipper relationships via cold calls, email, and networking
• Qualify leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Maintain and grow existing accounts
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure service quality
