Salt Ranch Nashville is seeking a Director of Sales to own all sales efforts for the boutique property, generating room revenue and driving event bookings. This on-site role reports to the General Manager and VP of Sales and requires a self-starter, hands-on approach in a lean team.
The position offers a $75,000–$80,000 base salary, up to 50% quarterly bonus, and benefits including health, retirement, paid time off, and hotel-portfolio perks. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.
