USI Insurance Services is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage 30–50 middle-market accounts, coordinate renewals and marketing, and provide expert coverage guidance. You will support Sales Executives and Account Executives, negotiate with carriers, and ensure accurate policy processing.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in Commercial Lines, a P&C license or willingness to obtain one, and familiarity with Sagitta or Image Right. This role is hybrid and based in the Houston area.
