*** As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our business growth by actively engaging with inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a passion for exceeding targets. You would be joining an exciting, hardworking, remote and flexible team that is relentlessly focused on revolutionizing how companies hire in today’s world.

** How we’ll set you up for success
*** Complete onboarding program to understand the industry, platform, and ICP
* Access to the entire team daily for support
* Ongoing professional development, levelling up skill set, coaching sessions

* What you will do:

*** Outbound prospecting generating new business (calls, email, social)
* Inbound lead qualification and distribution
* Set qualified introductory discovery meetings within ICP
* Attending Trade shows to promote Premier
* Managing Relationships throughout the Prospect Evaluation Process
* Understand customer pain points and articulate the Premier Construction Software value proposition
* Achieve targets of qualified opportunities and new business
* Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

* About you:

*** Fluent in English - both written and oral communication
* 4+ years' experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry
* Ability to build rapport on the phone, in virtual meetings, and in person
* C-Suite Sales Experience
* Familiar with PC + Microsoft Suite
* Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
* Any previous sales training is great
